Error 1722

I receive: "Error 1722. There is a problem with this
Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the
setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support
Personnel or package vendor."

I installed Office XP Small Business on a Windows 2000 PC
under one user. I log in as another user and try and
launch Word, Excel, Outlook and receive the above
message. Why and what do I do to fix it?
