Error -17598

I am using Entourage 2004 for Mac - Version 11.4.0 (080122). I use Entourage to download my Hotmail email. When I try to download my email by clicking on Send/Receive I get the following error message: Expected data from the Hotmail server is missing. Explanation: Could not retrieve mail. Account name: Hotmail Error - 17598. After clicking on Send/Receive for approximately 10 to 20 times the error goes away and I am able to download my email. Each time I log on to Entourage I get the same problem. Has anyone else experienced this problem or know how to solve this error?

This sounds like a potential Keychain problem. Quit Entourage and then
launch the Keychain Access utility found in /Applications/Utilities.
Select Keychain Access --> Keychain First Aid to fix any potential problems.
