Error 18493 using Exchange 2003

Hi,

One of the Macs in my office is using Entourage, and is receiving error
18493, "mailbox reached its size limit."

We're running Exchange 2003, and I've exhausted every option I can think of.
This error occurs whenever the user sends a file with a large attachment
(about 19MB), but this is something the user used to do quite often. I've
looked through the options on our server, and there is no limit on the size
of the mailbox, nor is there one on the size of files that the user can
send/receive.

Am I missing a hidden restriction here? I'm looking the user object in
users and computers to see if there's a limit, but I found none... Is there
somewhere else I should be looking?

Thanks in advance,

Phil D

A quick search on Google finds this

You might also try taking advantage of one of Entourage 2008 SP1's new
features, which is to remove attachments from mail messages. This
applies to Exchange Server 2003 as well.

Hope this helps!
