Error: -18497 HTTP error. The server istemporarily unable to fulfill the request

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Email Client: pop

I have been using Entourage for about a year and now I cannot access or receive (inbox) the e-mail of one of my two hotmail accounts. Junk mail and sending mail is working fine. The second hotmail account has not problems whatsoever.

I get this error message:

Error: -18497 HTTP error. The server is temporarily unable to fulfill the request

Anyone has a clue or can help me find a solution to this?

Errors close in number often have similar solutions.

Log into your account with your browser and check size of your database,
look for a corrupt message etc.

I checked for corrupt messages, I have deleted almost everything on my hotmail account and nothing seems to help.
