error 1907

I have japanese Vista (RC1) trying to install English office 2007. and will
get this message

Error 1907. Verify that you have sufficient permission to installf onts,
and that the ssytem supports this font.

it doesn't say what fonts. In XP Japanese, I can install English programs
no prlblem

any way to fix this? thank you very much
