Error 1919 - OCBC Error 6

Does anyone know how to fix this eror. I have downloaded
all the latest XP and windows updates adn teh MDAC 2.6
but everytime I try to open a document under "New Office
Document" or use the help, office goes through the Office
installation and keeps coming up wtih the Error 1919
unable to find the OCB Database please make sure the
access database exists and gives me three options, try
again, ignore and cancel. Anyone who could help with this
please let me know
