i have a computer that has been working fine.
created a new user, logged in as them so i could configure their space, and
outlook 2000 wanted to see the office install disk to "configure" some of
the features. those features have been working fine for the first user, but
whatever bill wants i guess....
i put in the original office 2000 cd, and it comes back with :
"Error 1919. Error configuring ODBC data source: MS Access Database, ODBC
error 6: Component not found in the registry. Verify that the file MS
Access Database exists and that you can access it."
so i deinstalled office, erased the office directory (not any common
files\microsoft shared etc files), and i get the same problem upon
reinstall.
?????
what do i do now? any ideas?
thanks
