Error 1919 when installing Office Systems 2003 Enterprise and Fron

I have SBS2003 as my domain controller and have used a GroupPolicy Object to get a network install/distribution point to appear in the "Add new progrom from the network" list in the Add/Remove Programs applet on my WinXP Pro client computer.

When I installed Office Systems Ent 2003 from that distribution point, it ended with the following error (as did FrontPage 2003):

Error 1919. Error configuring ODBC Data Source: MS Access Database, ODBC Error 13. Could not load the setup or translator library. Verify that the MS Access Database exists and that you can access it."

Retry did not work, and ignore bounces it on to the same error for Excel, Visual Fox Pro, Visual Fox Pro for Tables, and dBase Files.

What needs to be fixed on the installation point to cure the problem, and then how do I fix the problem on the client computer?

MDAC 2.8 installed fine on my SBS2003 box, but installation on my XP client gave me the roll-back problem that is described as a known issue and I should contact PSS. Should I contact PSS or MSDN, as the software I am using comes from MSDN DVDs?
