error 1920 on installing live communication server

good day....
i just download and try to install the live communication
server for instant messanging server on my windows 2003
server with exchange installed, but when i install there
error 1920 said that the service rtcsvr fail to start. and
then it said to retry or to cancle the installation. if i
retry it wait a moment and the error message still the
same. can somebody help me on this problem???

You will get a faster and more authoritative answer if you post to a server
group for RTC server or for Windows 2003 server.

This is most likely a permission error.. make sure the acct your are installing LC with is part of the RTCDomainServerAdmins and also has Domain Admin rights. Scripts like secureAD.vbs that lock down ACL's will give you this error also
