Error 1931

Hi all,

I have Vista Business and Outlook 2003, up until last week everything worked
fine. Then Outlook stopped working. When I went to repair it. I get the
following Error: Error 1931 Set cannot update file
C:\Windows\system32\mapisvc.inf. Verify that the file exists in your system
and that you have sufficient permissions to update it.

I can't seem to get any permissions to access the file. Right now Outlook is
dead in the water.

Are you repairing using Detect and Repair from the Help Menu or are you
trying to repair the PST?
