error 1933, Please insert service pack 4 cd to continue

I just rebuilt my pc system, and when I tried to install
Office 2000 on my W\2000 Pro (updated to SP4), I get the
following message;
'Error 1933, Please insert Service Pack 4 cd to
continue'. I tried the KB articles 324500 and 314812, but
these didn't work. My W\2000 Pro cd is only sp2. What do
I need to correct this? Can I some how burn SP4 files to
a cd, and if so how????
