Error 1935 installing Office 2007 Beta 2

I get the above error message when attempting to install Office 2007 Pro Plus
(OPPLUS-EN.EXE). A search of my event logs returns the following event:

Product: Microsoft Office Professional 2007 (Beta) -- Error 1935.An error
occurred during the installation of assembly component
{97F81AF1-0E47-DC99-A01F-C8B3B9A1E18E}. HRESULT: 0x80070006. assembly
interface: IAssemblyCacheItem, function: Commit, assembly name:
Microsoft.VC80.ATL,version="8.0.50727.42",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",type="win32",processorArchitecture="x86"

The installation then rolls back. I am attempting to install on Vista Beta
2 (Build 5308) and have attempted to run setup as administrator, have
disabled all antivirus, and still get the same error.
