Error -19767

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange I am receiving the following message when trying to setup a user on Entourage:

Verification Failed: "An unknown error has occurred in Entourage." (-19767 )
----

I have about 15 other users setup the same way without incident, but for some reason this user is giving me problems. I have double and triple checked the setup and his account is configured correctly. Any clues? What does the error mean?

Environment:

Exchange 2007 Server running other Entourage EWS clients just fine.
iMac running all current updates on 10.6.2

Does Apple's Mail connect to the account? If not then the problem is
more than likely with the account on the Exchange server.

Yes. Connected right up no problem. Any other ideas?

I fixed it. Not sure what was causing it, but I deleted the Microsoft User Data folder from the users Documents folder. I also deleted all of the files that started with com.microsoft.entourage.xxxx.plist from the users Library/Preferences folder.
