Error 2 and Outlook Quits accepting meeting proposal

This is happening on just 1 of our 400+ Outlook mailboxes.

Everytime a meeting proposal is clicked to accept, Outlook quits with
Error type 2.
Happens on user's Machine - iMac 500MHz running OS9.2.2, Outlook 2001,
and other macs. No problem on a PC!

Tried on different macs,
Tried deleting prefs,
Tried deleting all calendar items and restoring from old backup
(Backup Exec 8.6)

Server is Exchange 5.5 on NT4 server.

Anyone got any ideas?
