Error 2004 using ERwin with Access

Hi,
I tried to connect MS Access 2002 (MS office Xp)while
generating schema using ERwin 3.5.2, I encountered an
error "ERROR 2004: Out of memory". I have OS Win xp and
RAM 2GB. I cleaned temporary folder. I checked Temp
folder in Windows folder. I searched the solution for
this problem from web then I came that this is related to
the version of DAO. I got all the solution for Access 97.

As I understand, Access 2002 has jet engine version 4.0,
Acc97 has 3.5. Please write me step by step how could
access 2002 be made workable with ERwin 3.5.2.

Access 2000 and 2002 will both convert an MDB file back to Access 97 format.

Go to: Tools ... Database Utilities ... Convert
