Error #2116 when opening a visio2000 file

I think a visio drawing I made has become corrupt. When I try to open it I
get error 2116 and it suggests that I should try again (ofcourse without
luck).
Any ideas on how I can solve this?

If the file has become corrupt. Is there any good repair tool for visio files?
