Error 2121?

I had an Access 97 DB crash. I rebuilt it and now I get
an error 2121 when it starts up. Does anyone know what
this means? I have been searching but I cannot find
anything on this error.

Error Description: Microsoft Access can't open the form 'form name'
contains data that Microsoft Access doesn't recognize.
Re-create the form or, if you maintain backup copies of your database,
retrieve a copy of the 'form name'.

Sounds like there is a corrupted form (maybe the startup form)? When you
rebuilt it did you just import all the objects from the one that crashed?
