Error -2147217887 and We Must close the base

After having modified labels and control boxes in a report, sometimes the
reports are printed correctly, sometimes not and we have the following
error: "Error -2147217887: Modifications not carried out: risk of
duplicates ." and it is necessary to close the base with the task manager.
