Error 2203 when installing Office Enterprise 2007

I just bought a "home use only" version of Office Enterprise 2007. When I
tried to install it, I got Error 2203. I have Office 2007 already installed
on my computer but had to buy a new version when my hard drive crashed and I
couldn't find the product key. I have not uninstalled it. I saw earlier
posts about doing something with temporary folders and permission but I have
no idea how to do those things. Could somebody help me?
