error 2349 while running set up

I got error message saying 'internal
error 2349.please contact product support for assistance'
and still can not repair my office applications error
shows below.
'the application must
be installed and run. please run set
from the location where you originally install the
application''

Can anyone help me please..
I can't do my work on my PC for a week..
