Error 25003 on Install

Hey,

I keep getting ERROR 25003 ('Source File Corrupted,
Install Unable to Continue') everytime I try to install
Office XP (2002) on my Windows ME system (which has all
minimum requirements).

I've weeded through all the MS support and FAQ threads,
nothing has worked.

Could something be damaged on the CD? Do I need to
reinstall some System Files? Anywhere I can download
missing files?

Everything works fine, until mid-install.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
