Error 25090 only "guest" account

I have installed Office 2003 on my computer, in my account (administrator
account) and it works there (so I have access to excel, word, etc). However,
whenever anyone signs on to our guest account and try to open excel, word,
etc, we get the following message:

Error 25090.office setup encountered a problem with the office source engine
system error 2147024891 please open C:\Program
Files\microsoftoffice\OFFICE11\1033\SETUP.CHM

At first, it brings up the install box as if it is searching for the
installation disks. Then I get the above error message. It's as if it was
installed on the admin account, but not at all on the guest account.
I've also tried the recommendations in other emails on this discussion group
(like deinstalling and reinstalling, or copying the OSE.exe files. Nothing
seems to work. Can anyone help? Could it have anything to do with the fact
that I have two drives (a C:/ drive which is 85% full and a pretty empty E:/
drive)? I assume not but worth adding just in case. Would really appreciate
any other ideas. Thanks
