error 25090

WinXP SP2. Office 2003.

Only in 'Guest user' Word when loading brings up "error 25090", twice.
It works OK in main user.
As an experiment I set up another user and it also works OK without 'error
25090'
So the problem is only in Guest.
Word error box told me to look in 'setup.chm' - where it said - switch on
"office source engine" - which I did (It was set to "manual" I set it to
'on') - no luck - and if that did not work - repair installation. This I
have done - (both "repair" and "reinstall") still same error.
I can't find anything in MSKB

Any thoughts?
