Error 25506

I'm trying to reinstall Off. XP ver. 2002 Eud. several
times, I keep getting the above error saying that I need a
sys file ASYCFILT.DLL ver. 2.40. 4277.1, the knowledge
base says that this file goes with XP Pro. What do I do
next?
