Error 281 in newsgroups

I get into my Entourage OK BUT, When I try to get into the REGULAR
newsgroups I get the 281 error message. My ISP tells me that the computer is
"knocking at the door but when their computer asks my computer for a
password my computer isn't sending it. We walked through the account setup
and it seems OK. The advisors at apple tell me the computer is ok and I
should check with Microsoft Please Help

Are you adding the password to the newsgroup account? Be sure you didn't add
a space at the end.

Tools->Accounts
Select News tab
Select newsgroup and enter password there
