Error 2908 & 1935 when installing Office Standard Edition 2003

When I try to install the downloaded file Microsoft Office Standard Edition
2003 Trial, I get "Error 2908 - An internal error has occured
{53EB5CFB-3DAF-489C-ABCD-4895D28EAAF}. And error 1935 - occures during the
install of assembly component {D825F19F-87AB-1185-A54F-0090278A1BBB}
hresult: 0X8002802802F.

I am using Windows XP Pro 5.1.2600 Service Pack 2 Build 2600.

Any help is appreciated!!
