Error 30010 when running inventory.exe

Hi

I running MBSA 1.2 on Windows 2000 SP3

On 99% of PCs, it's work very good

But on some, I get an error from MSA
This error is generated by inventory.exe who is in C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer\OfficeUpd folder.

This program generate an 30010 error

I've checked a couple of things on that PC:
- windows installer is running
- there's no problem of internet connectivity
- I've uninstall Office and then reinstall

I've noticed one things, when you delete all files in
C:\winnt\installer folder, you get the same error but the log file is
not the same on the PCs.

Is someone know what 30010 error is ?
Have someone some information about error generated by inventory.exe ?
