Error -30588, when changing Exchange account settings?

Hello all,

I try to open or edit my Entourage 04 settings under Exchange accounts and
all I get is An unknown error occurred. [-30588]?

I have rebuilt the identity main database and compacted but still no go?

I checked many Entourage help sites, I can delete the account and recreate
it but can't edit once created.

Any help appreciated,

What happens if, immediately after launching Entourage, you go to Tools ->
Accounts and try to open the account? Some users seem to have an issue in
which they receive that error if they view a complex HTML message before
they try to open the account.

I'm getting the same message and I'm not viewing complex HTML messages.
If I try to edit anything in the account, I get the error message
-30588. If I try to edit my signature, change fonts, colors, etc, I get
the message. Has anyone found a solution?
