Error 3259 - I receive but can't send emails with Entourage

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: pop

I have been using Entourage with no problems for months. Then this morning I am unable to send emails. I get the error -3259.
I can still receive emails with no problem but cannot send them through my two different STP's, Yahoo and Horde.
The settings are correct as I can receive and send emails using the same settings with "Apple Mail."
Please help,
