Error 3274 while attempting to import dbf into Access 2002

I have been trying to import two dbf tables into my mdb
for 3 days now. If I attempt to import it as a dBase IV
file as I have done in the past I get the Error 3274:
External Table not in expected format message. If I
attempt to use my Visual FoxPro Driver (System DSN) then
it connects, but acts like the table is a database and
imports everything seperately. If I use the Fox Pro
Database Driver then it will not even register that there
are any dbf files to import. I am flabbergasted at what
happened to my drivers since the last time I did this and
have not been able to find any postings that have
suggested any remedy that works for me. Please, does
anyone have a suggestion for me?
