Error 3400

Hi,

When I want to open my visio file, a
message "Visio internal error:#3400" appears.
It suggest to do action 1013: Open saved file.

So nothing happen.

I don't understand what I have to do.
Please help me to solve this problem.

Hi,

Try the following steps to resolve this issue:
1. Copy the file and paste it in a different location to check if the issue
persists.
2. Try to rename the file by Right Clicking on the file and then choosing
the Rename option.

If the issue persists and if it is specific to this file then the file
appears to be corrupted. I suggest that you take a backup of the important
file and use the copies of the files to ensure that then don't get
corrupted.
