Error 3669 Execution Cancelled

My question is, that sometimes I got this Error, "Error
3669, Execution Cancelled" , and sometime I don't I'm
created at Recordset into Excel Files extracting
information from AS/400. There is a reason about this
error or do I have to check my time connection?
