Error "3759 Scaling of decimal value...." when importing a table .

I am trying to import data from a file on an IBM AS/400 using ODBC with
Access 2003 and I get the following error "3759 Scaling of decimal value
resulted in data truncation". I regularly imported data this way using
Access 97 with no problems. What can I do to make this work ?
