error 425 could not open data connection to port 20841

I am trying to update my web site but when I go to publish it I always get
the error messege: "425 Could not open data connection to port 20841:
Connection timed out" My previous office manager set up and published the
site to start with and I'm trying to learn everything now. We have upgraded
to IE 7.0 but no other major changes - just taking out some pictures and a
link from my main page.

And why are you publishing to port 20841
FP SE only support ports 80 (http) and 443(https)

I have contacted the web host and he does not know enough about Frontpage to
help me. I have not changed any settings since my previous office manager
published the web site last time which may have been almost a year ago. I
don't know why it is publishing to port 20841. I'll try to change it but I
am just trying to figure this out for the first time.

When you publish the site what do you do? Do you choose File, Publish Site,
http://www.mydomain.com ?
