Error 429 -- Active X component can't create object

Hello,

I have converted an Access 97 database to Access 2000. It
works fine on one machine, but when I access the database
from another machine, I see the database, but when I go to
use it it says Error 429 when I press any of my command
buttons. I try to recreate the command buttons, but it
still gives the same error. I made sure the references
are the same on this machine as the other.

Any suggestions?
