Error 4362

There were 2 mails that seem stuck in my Oubox but invisible when I
click onto Outbox. The Send function now is disabled and each click
will bring up an Error message "The action could not be completed. An
unknown error (4362) occurred."

The problem persisted even after I force quitted and re-started my
MacBook.

Can anyone please help? What should I do now? Thanks in advance.

Hi ALvin,

try rebuilding your database. To do that, quit Entourage, then hold down the
Option key and launch Entourage again. The Database Utility will launch
instead, and you can choose to rebuild the database. Note that a rebuild
leads to a loss of metadata (item categories, links etc.).
