Error 4363

Does anyone have any idea how to get rid of this recurring message?
I was sending a message with a few photos and a word document and as I
clicked send, the error message popped up saying:

An unknown error (4363) occurred.
³Mail could not be sent.
Account name: "Andy Murphy"

Now, whenever I click on ŒSend and receive¹ I get the the same error
message. I also cannot find the message in the sent items so I am assuming
it has been lost?!

I have tried running the verify database utility and it comes back with no
errors!

I am using Entourage 2004 on a Quiksilver Mac 10.3.4

Is it not in the outbox? From your description this is
where I'd think it is stuck. And as it is the first
message in line, it can't and can't and can't be sent, so
you get the message over and onver again. The usual trick
would be to trash that message and recreate it from
scratch. But if it's not in the outbox...

That's solved it!
Because of the way I had my folder window laid out, I didn't realise I even
had an 'outbox'! I checked it, and lo and behold there was the offending
message. Deleted it and the problem is solved!

Thanks for that Bernard, I was beginning to get a little annoyed!! As an
aside, I'm still unsure what caused the problem in the first place. Is there
a problem with the way I am inserting my attachments? Or does it not like
certain ones?
