Hello,
I am using Outlook 2000 to send and receive emails. Unfortunately I am not
able to send any emails from my Outlook account because of the following
error message:
The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by
the server. Server Response:'451
http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=62.164.145.33'. (Account:
'host70.ipowerweb.com (1)', SMTP Server: 'host70.ipowerweb.com' [or
mail.earthlink.net], Error Number: 0x800ccc79).
I have tried to delete my account and renew it with power. Did not work. I
can send emails from a web-based interface using my iPower account
information and iPower claims everything is working fine. I know it is not
my ISP because I have tried using different dial-up accounts (earthlink) and
I get the same error message. I am lost and have no idea what is happening.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
