Error 452

I got the message "Can't find DLL entry point 61 in
MsAccess.exe" err 452. This append in all existing MDB
applications and this is affecting mainly the domaine
functions. This prevent from compiling in the VBA window
but MDE file can be produced and work normally.

Any idea / solution to this Problem ?
