I have never gotten this error before. I can receive mail, but cannot send. This has been going on for 24 hours. How do i reset my sending limits? I didn't even know there was a limit.

Entourage has no sending limits. This message is most likely coming from
your service provider. Contact them and ask for information about
sending limits and mailbox quotas.

This is coming from your ISP not Entourage.

The number of emails you can send depends on the Host or your ISP. Some
indicate nomore than 100 emails in a batch and no more than 500 in a day.
Others limit it to 50 per message.

You'll need to contact your ISP for clarification on your limits.
