Error 500 in FrontPage 2002

A few days ago I started getting the following error and
a similar one when trying to upload my web to my server:

500 'ORT 142,166,204.25,19,138': command not understood

FrontPage 2002 stops when that happens so I cannot use it
to update my web page.

I was able to upload files using an ftp program after
disabling my firewall.

Help overcoming this problem would be appreciated.

FTP is one of the oldest and worst protocols still alive on the Internet. It
is a connected protocol, which means that the client and server must
maintain an opened socket connection between them during the entire session.
What you posted looks like an abbreviated PORT command, which probably
happened as a result of a lost packet during transmission. A good FTP client
will try to recover from such occurrences; however, it can cause the
connectionto be closed on the server, and a number of other things. With the
FrontPage FTP publishing feature, there may be some technical reason why
this error is unrecoverable; I just don't know. Your best bet would be to
try and start the FTP Session again yourself.
