I've seen a lot of messages about this error, but I'm afraid none that have
helped me so far.
I have reviewed
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;324835 but while
resolution 1 can be performed on Project Server 2003 (which I tried and it
didn't work) resolition 2 can not be because of the way that 2003 stores
passwords in registry (not in clear text).
I have run the EditSite utility and run the "Test". It came back with no
errors. I have "reset" the passwords for MSProjectUser and
MSProjectServerUser and have even deleted and recreated them.
Any help would be most appreciated. I'm running Windows 2003 Server
Enterprise Edition and Project Server 2003. The database is SQL Server 2000
and is running on the same sever.
Thanks!
