ERROR 501 PERMISSION DENIED WHEN TRYING TO ACCESS THE FONT BUTTON

When in Outlook Express the moment I try to change my font- I get a pop up
window stating:

Error 501
permission denied

This is happening on both computers- both running XP home and SP2
HELP !

You should ask the experts in the Outlook Express newsgroup. Outlook
Express is not part of Office.
