error 5097 insufficient memory

I have an office that is a mix of WinXP and Win98
workstations, all running officeXP. They are sporadically
getting error 5097 insufficient memory doing word
documents. I can have them go back and show me their exact
workflow and the error does not occur. All users on all
stations have complained about this. Has anyone seen this?

Hi Mark,

Are you utilizing any add-ins? Take a look under Tools/Templates and
Add-ins and see if there are any in the list.
