Error (513) Save As.

When saving a drawing and trying to save it under another
file name (same file type and in the same directory that
the orginal file is in.
I am reciving the error message:
"An error (513) occurred during the action Save As.
Visio is unable to write to the directory or disk drive."
I am able to save the file in another directory and then
copy it the the directory that I want it in.
I am running Windows 2000 and Visio 2000 SR2.
