error #53(file not found) Annoyance

I was working in a conference room yesterday and saved my master project to
the desktop and then when the meeting was over I moved it back to the
network. When I got back to my machine where all the macros live I am getting
error #53(file not found) at open and close. I do not have anything that runs
at file open and all code is written to “Active Project†not to a file name
or location. Everything seems to work and the file as well as the macros are
all intact as far as I can tell but the amount of error messages is driving
me crazy.

Ideas?

Update:
I threw some test code under File Open and it seems that the error happens
before that code runs. Now I am totally lost.

Update #2

I now have reason to think that I corrupted the file while trying to save it
across the network..... a nightmare is developing

I spent all morning trying to save as .MPD file and other Hail Mary
solutions. Finally I just cut all 1460 tasks into a fresh file and I guess
that fixes all of it.

Why did I not think of that first?
