error 5451

This message board will not let me import an image but Here is
exactly wha is says:
Error
Mail could not be sent using the account "name of my account."
Explanation
Temporary local problem-please try later

Error: 5451


Here is the error message. If you can help I will really appreciate
it.

My Account will recieve emails but not send. I get this error message. The
explanation is that it is a local problem and to try again later. It has not
improved in 2 days so what is the "local" description refering to%3F

What type of account is it%3F Can you take a screen shot of the
error window
(Cmd-Shift-4, press space, then click the window) and post it
here, or at
least copy out the exact error message.
