Error 550 relaying denied being recieved when trying to send email

I recently installed a new wireless router(d-link) and ever since I've been
recieving a error 550.5.7.1 relaying denied when trying to send mail using
outlook.....I have tried different combinations for setting up the servers
and authorization ect and nothing seems to help........I have contacted
roadrunner support and they are no help....this is driving me crazy.....and
suggestions????
