Error 800cc801 on install

We are trying to install Project Server from our MSDN Universal Subscriptio
on a Windows Server 2003 running SPS 2003. The install runs almost until th
end. The install states that "an error was encountered - rolling Bac
instalation" and does not state what the error is. The log file contains th
following

Successfully launched MsiExec...
3/16/2004 1:57:43 PM Chained install return code: 160

Exit code was an error

Set Verbose logging for subsequent setup
