Error 9006

Some of our users are getting an error message occasionally after saving and
publishing.

"An exception occurred in the Project Server. Project Server encountered a
problem with this error code: 9006. Please contact your serve
administrator."

These suers have been working successfully for months, so we are not sure
that this error means.

Can anybody provide further information or insight?
